About Us
Masonicare Partners has its foundation in a unique collaboration between Homecare and Hospice by Masonicare and Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, an alliance created in 2007 between Saint Francis and Masonicare Home Health and Hospice of East Hartford.
Prior to this joint venture, Masonicare, owner of Masonicare Partners Home Health and Hospice, operated the largest home care agency and hospice service in the state. Saint Francis operated a home health care agency providing home health and hospice care designated for the home care needs of Saint Francis patients.
Masonicare Partners Greater Hartford office has an 80-year history, tracing its roots to the East Hartford Visiting Nurse Association which Masonicare purchased in 1997.
Saint Francis has been providing home health care for 30 years and hospice care for 15 years in the Greater Hartford community.
